SHIPMENTS

Orders are shipped from GIBI, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

 

GIBI reserves the right to request new customers to ship the goods to the billing address of the same.
Orders for items already available are shipped the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers.

During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

In all cases GIBI reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

 

As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments are enclosed with a receipt which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with GIBI and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses to deliver the shipment or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to GIBI, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with GIBI and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the Customer refuses the delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to GIBI, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

RETURNS

 

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items in perfect condition can be returned for size change, color change or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The return on sale, on the other hand, takes place within three days of arrival.

 

Return instructions

 

To request the return authorization, it is necessary to contact the orders office at info@gibitrieste.it indicating the order number, the item / s to be returned without indicating the reason and the type of compensation desired. Once the e-mail has been received and the procedure is completed, GIBI will send the Return confirmation via e-mail and the instructions for returning the item / s.

All costs for the return shipment will be charged to the customer

The return shipment must take place no later than 7 days from receipt of the order (within three days for the return on sale).

There are three types of compensation:

The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.
All items must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by GIBI, it is required to follow the same instructions above.
GIBI also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

 

GIBI Final Consumer means a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to his business or professional, legal activity that is not limited to the resale of goods purchased on www.gibitrieste.it
GIBI therefore invites users who are not attributable to the category of Final Consumers to refrain from both trying to establish commercial relationships with GIBI and from sending purchase orders for goods for sale through third parties.
In consideration of the commercial policy described above, we reserve the right not to process orders for goods whose use is not intended for the Final Consumer or orders that do not comply with the commercial policies described above.

• Be the final customer as defined in the GIBI Commercial Policy

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Possess the necessary requirements to be able to enter into legally binding contracts.

• Have a valid email address.
